It depends on the scope and your local requirements. Some additions do require permits, some don’t. We’ll tell you upfront what applies to your job and handle the paperwork if a permit is needed. You don’t have to figure that out yourself.
In most cases, yes. We’re experienced at fishing wire through existing walls with minimal damage. If any drywall work is needed, we’ll let you know before we start.
We’ll assess your panel first. If it has capacity and is safe to work with, we can add circuits. If it’s outdated or overloaded, we’ll be straight with you about that and talk through your options — including a panel upgrade if that’s what’s actually needed.
